The five-phase loop

  1. Watch the fictional recording.
  2. Inspect the available actions to find every recorded source.
  3. Freeze each revealed source with its complete consequence bundle.
  4. Rewind to the declared starting state after every source is frozen.
  5. Repair the choice while balancing Money, Attention, and Privacy.

Some later cases repeat Inspect and Freeze for a second source before Rewind.

The complete tutorial is available during onboarding and later in Settings → How to Play. In-case Help pauses the timer and removes playable evidence while it is open.

Common questions

Do I need to buy the game to play? No. Every installed case is completely playable in untimed practice. Full Game unlocks ranked timers and personal-best competition.

Why can’t I start ranked mode? Open Settings → Full Game. If you already bought it, press Restore purchases. If the store cannot be checked, practice remains available.

I inspected the wrong action. A miss costs ranked time but does not consume the Truth Lens. Select another row and inspect again. Practice has no timer.

Rewind is locked. Reveal every recorded source, then freeze each complete consequence bundle. Rewind becomes available after every source bundle is frozen.

My repair failed. Open the details and compare the predicted resources. A complete but unfair route is allowed; it produces a truthful result and can be retried for free.

Progress could not be loaded or saved. Follow the recovery screen. When a valid prior checkpoint exists, Nudgeproof can repair from it after your approval. Otherwise you can export the recovery record before confirming a reset.

How do I delete everything? Open Settings → Delete local progress. This removes onboarding, attempts, records, and preferences on this device. It does not revoke an App Store purchase; use Apple’s purchase controls for that.

Accessibility

Gameplay never depends only on colour, motion, sound, or haptics. Untimed practice includes the complete mechanic. Physical-device VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion, and interruption testing remain release gates; report any problem to mail.yiplabs@gmail.com.
