App licence

Nudgeproof will be distributed through Apple’s App Store. Unless the App Store listing states otherwise, use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

Fictional game content

Nudgeproof contains fictional simulations about visible trade-offs between Money, Attention, and Privacy. It does not make purchases, change device settings, inspect activity outside the game, or provide legal, financial, or privacy advice.

Purchases

Every installed case is completely playable in untimed practice. The optional Full Game purchase unlocks ranked timers and personal-best competition. Product availability, the localized price, payment, refunds, and purchase history are handled by Apple under the terms shown by the App Store.
