How Saved Here works
Save anything worth finding again — a link, a note, an image, a scan — without deciding where to file it. Find it later by searching for what you remember.
Common questions
Why is there no folder structure to set up? Because filing is the step people abandon. Saved Here is built so you can save first and find later without organising anything up front.
How do I save from another app? Use the iOS share sheet and choose Saved Here. Whatever you share is saved to your library.
I cannot find something I saved. Search for what you actually remember about it rather than its exact title. You can also search from iOS Spotlight, outside the app.
What does the widget show? The Home Screen widget shows generic shortcuts. It does not display saved titles, links, thumbnails, or item counts.
Does the scanner upload anything? No. Scans are saved to your library on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
Is my library synced to your server? There is no server. Saved Here does not sync your library between devices. Its App Group shares local data only between the app and its extensions on this device. If you explicitly select a file from Files or iCloud, Apple or that provider supplies the selected file and Saved Here keeps a local copy.
How do I delete things? Delete individual items, or everything at once, from Settings. Deleting the app removes Saved Here's local copy and its Spotlight index; it does not delete an original file managed by Apple or another Files provider.
Purchases
I paid but nothing changed. Access may be checked when the app launches and when you purchase, restore, or retry. Open the purchase screen and choose Restore. If it still does not appear, email us with the Apple receipt.
I want a refund. Refunds are handled by Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Accessibility
Saved Here supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and the largest accessibility text sizes. If something is unreadable, unreachable, or announced confusingly, tell us — we treat that as a bug.
